After that, you’ll receive your contract and invoice to secure your date. A 20% booking fee confirms everything, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your wedding day.

Absolutely! Some couples book right away after a call or email, but I always love getting to know you properly before the big day.

We can arrange a relaxed Zoom chat or meet in person if possible. I also have a booking calendar where you can easily find a time that suits you both.

Around a month before your wedding, we’ll arrange our first planning meeting where we’ll chat through your vision, priorities and all the important details of your day.

You’ll also receive my wedding questionnaire to help us build the perfect timeline and make sure nothing important is missed.

Then, around a week before the wedding, we’ll have one final catch-up to go through timings and make sure everything feels relaxed and ready.

And then? Your only job is to enjoy every second of your day.

Because of licensing restrictions, I don’t usually work from couple playlists, however I always take your vibe, personalities and overall feel of the day into account.

My average delivery time is around 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and how busy wedding life gets.

During quieter months, films are often delivered sooner, while peak wedding season (summer/autumn) can take a little longer.
